Expanding the Help Desk


We are moving someone from the team managing magazines at one of our newsagencies to a new position on our national Help Desk. This additional resource will help us keep our Help Desk advice more grounded in reality and extend our capacity.

We have also recruited an additional person for our hardware team. This new role will help us cope with the significant increase in orders from new customers.

A challenge with these and the other new roles we have created this year is office space. We addressed that, in part, by creating new roles in our Brisbane and Sydney offices. It is the additional roles in our head Office which are causing us to become creative with our floor-space. We’re not about to give up our view across Port Phillip bay. We bought half another floor in the building but those tenants have a while to run on their lease.
