We have been engaged in another round of outbound training calls with retailers using our Point of Sale software in pursuit of greater engagement with the tools in the software.
Our help desk team is makes these outbound calls in a structured way, grouping businesses by marketplace and starting with customers who have not called recently. Each call checks how the software is being used and offers training and advice on additional facilities and processes which, when engaged, could deliver better commercial outcomes.
Retail business owners and managers have to make shop floor decisions every day, decisions that cannot be automated. By working with our retail partners in educating them about productivity tools they have, we are providing even more value from the IT investment.
